How to plant trees?

1. Decide where you want to plant it and mark it.
2. Measure the root ball of the tree and dig a hole that is twice as wide and as deep as the root ball.
3. Loosen the tree roots and place the tree gently into the hole, making sure it is straight and at the right depth.
4. Add soil back around the tree and tamp it down firmly to eliminate air pockets.
5. Mulch the planting area with organic material to conserve moisture and prevent weeds.
6. Water the tree thoroughly and regularly, especially during the first year.
